Leigh Koechner is a Mindful Parenting Expert for Jiyo, a stand-up comic, and is currently writing a book while developing for television.

Leigh has her Masters in Spiritual Psychology, but is most excited about being married to her beloved, David Koechner, and raising their 5 beautiful children in the City of Angels.
